Facilities Coordinator
Ventura, CA

Valex Corp is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join its Facilities team at our Ventura, CA location. In this position, you will be responsible for the creation, distribution, and maintenance of all preventative maintenance work orders for the location. You will also create purchase orders and source vendors, primarily related to the maintenance and repair of equipment and general operations. You will also assist the Facilities Manager with other tasks and projects as assigned.


The successful candidate will have knowledge in vendor relations, CMMS systems, industrial equipment (HVAC, RO/DI, chiller, etc), asset management, and KanBAn or minimax theories. You must be computer literate in the Microsoft Suite and you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a non-exempt position with a wage range of $28 - $30 per hour depending on experience.
